how it started - the origin:
 

everything started in 1963, when our parents Elisabeth & Johann Sommerbichler took over the Pension Alpenblick from our grand parents. von unseren Großeltern übernahmen. So the foundation for todays business was layed. 

In the year 1970 the „Alpenblick“ was developed to „Hotel Knappenhof“. Over the next two years the „Knappenkeller“ and  „Löwenbräukeller“ were built and opened.
 

1977 the Hotel Tirolerhof was bought.
 

In 1986 Haus Oskar was bought. At the beginning it was a guesthouse, up to the time, where the space was needed for our staff. 

In the 90's the adjoining Pension Weiß was bought and in 1998 changed to the „Tanzhimmel“.

1993 the Blumenhotel Tirolerhof was rebuilt to a Wellness Hotel and the „Haus am Bach“ purchased.

1999 we acquired the Gasthof Bergfried and it was changed to a event center. 

2002 the „Tanzhimmel“ „The London Pub“ and „Lounge“ are summarised under the name – Aprés World  – therefore we have the best requirement to offer our guests a unique holiday experience. 

2004 modification of „Tanzhimmel“ and total reconstruction of „The London Pub“.

since a few years, we - Andrea, Martin und Stefan Sommerbichler - manage the business in the heart of Hinterglemm.
